Photo & Video Creative Services
Working with A & P begins with a discovery call where we get to know your goals, the people you serve, and the moments you want to capture—whether for ongoing monthly storytelling or a single event or project. You’ll complete a short intake as we learn about your programs, community rhythms, upcoming events, and the stories that deserve to be documented and shared.
Once aligned, we outline a clear content plan—who we’ll feature, what moments matter most, and how the visuals will support connection, outreach, and engagement. For ongoing Content Studio clients, this becomes a monthly rhythm of storytelling; for à la carte projects, it becomes a focused event or narrative plan. Then we arrive onsite ready to document the real heart of your organization: people in motion, meaningful interactions, behind-the-scenes details, testimonials, products, environment, and all the authentic in-between moments that bring your story to life.
After each shoot, we edit and organize a polished gallery of photo and video assets—capturing your programs, events, spaces, and community with clarity and warmth. Your files are delivered in a custom client portal, optimized for social, web, print, and campaigns, and always include commercial usage rights. For ongoing clients, we continue the cycle monthly, offering seasonal recommendations, content ideas, and support that helps you share your story consistently and confidently.
